Ive replaced the turbo and intercooler (second hand ) gave it a full serice but its still running badly , ive had it plugged in while the turbo and so on was done and got the results in the pic below !!! Its idling really rough which im thinking is tge maf but doesnt make loads of difference unplugging that but it does make a slight difference

I need to turn the engine over at least 3 times to get it to start, using the starter motor for at least 3 seconds each time. This is with neutral selected, foot on clutch and no accelerator The battery is ok.
I did not see any method of bleeding the air, from the system. I made sure that the heater was switched on, and left the cap off at the expansion tank. I have no problems. I would (when engine cold), remove expansion tank cap - put heater on, and see what happens, when coolant is warm enough to open thermostat.

Deleted34567. Remove the energising wire from solenoid, power it with +12ve and see if it cranks (make sure it's out of gear).. If not then a starter motor/solenoid fault or earth or main power cable problem. Voltmeter from battery positive and starter motor main feed and again should be less than 1 volt on crank.
