Iagree with most of this. I love the modern AC games, but preferred Origins and Odyssey to Valhalla. Ancient Egypt and Ancient Greece are more interesting to me than 9th century England, and Bayek and Cass were more compelling than (either) Eivor. Cassandra especially is just the best. One of my favorite video game characters ever.
Ithink Odyssey is better because it is more diverse than Origin. Also, having the Adrestia made the world much more interesting to explore because I like the feeling of going from on foot, looking across the aegean sea and then hopping on your boat and traveling there. I think Origins' weapons feel more unique, but it's not a huge con against
Odysseyis the only one I've finished. Got bored of Origins 10 hours in and 25 into Valhalla. Odyssey is still not great by any means but at least it had proper side quests compared to whatever Valhalla had. Those bounty hunters were very annoying though and it was way too big and repetitive. Origins Odyssey and Valhalla were again great games, but they did not have the true Assassin vibe to it anymore. This kinda started a split between the the original fans, and the newcomers to the serie. But if you truly want to pick one of those last three i would pick Valhalla, because in there you already get introduced with Basim.
